Service Agreements

Would you drive your car on a long road trip during the middle of summer without getting it tuned up first?  Of course you wouldn't.  That is why Economy Air Conditioning & Heating recommends that you have your air conditioning and heating systems properly serviced before turning them on for the season.  This is particularly important if you have a gas furnace or package gas system.  For your safety, a thorough inspection for leaks and integrity should be performed prior to system start-up.  We also recommend that you drain and rinse your evaporative cooler in the fall and also have it inspected in the spring before turning it on.

In addition, all equipment manufacturers recommend that you service your unit at least once a year to maintain the efficiency of your system, as well as to maintain the warranty terms and conditions of your unit.

Economy Air Conditioning & Heating recommends that you have your unit either serviced in the spring or fall.  Having your unit serviced can help maintain the energy efficiency of your system, which can save you money on your utility bills.  It can also help avoid any unnecessary repairs, as well as increase the life of your system.  Most of our customers have found that by having an annual Service Agreement, it helps them to better maintain their system.  It also provides them with a 5% discount off any parts replaced when the repair service is performed.
